Each month in our center, we give props and compliments to our stand-out employees. This month, the focus is on Floater Extraordinaire, Mya S. Mya has worked at Play & Learn since January 2025. In that time, she has become one of our most reliable floaters, which means she “floats” from room to room, filling in staffing gaps. Being a floater is important, because this position is required to know all of the routines and nuances in every classroom. Mya fits into each room seamlessly.
