The DaffodiL Classroom

Our Daffodil classroom is designed for crawlers and early walkers. This room is made up of children approximately 10 months to 17 months old. The Daffodil room is meant to be a transition from our less structured Buttercup class to the more structured classes the child will join as they grow. The Daffodil room eats their lunch and snacks at the same time each day, and they have one designated nap time for all the children in the class. Learning how to be part of a group and the exploration of themselves, others, and the environment are important skills we emphasize in this room.

Cece M.
lead teacher

I have been working at Play & Learn since 2023.  I became toddler lead teacher in April 2024. I enjoy working in childcare because watching children reach new milestones and discover new skills is so rewarding and I love supporting them as they grow and learn!  Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, going to concerts, and being outside whenever I can!

“Children are the world’s most valuable resource and it’s best hope for the future.”
